Our dedicated team consists of various specialists, including interior designers and architects, to analyse, plan and design quality interiors. Project administrators and managers implement and coordinate the installation of these designs, using only reputable contractors and suppliers.
Nzuri has the experience, capability and infrastructure to deliver large-scale turnkey solutions throughout South Africa and Sub- Saharan Africa.
At Nzuri we pride ourselves on the fact that we strive to attend to our client's needs as our first priority. This culture has led to an ethos that has rubbed off onto our suppliers as we team up to provide an offering that is unrivalled in our industry.
Based on more than a decade's experience, we have established a dedicated group of local suppliers that are continuously being calibrated to meet the rigorous standards of our clients. By working closely with them, we are strongly positioned to provide competitive solutions with a full guaranteed backup.
You may ask, as Shakespeare does in his play Romeo and Juliet, "What is in a name?" At Nzuri Interiors, we believe our name says everything!
"ZURI" is the root word which means "beautiful", "good", "attractive" in the East African Swahili language. Putting the "N" in front of the root word makes it an adjective - thus describing something - a beautiful woman, beautiful interiors, beautiful colours, she does a beautiful [good] job.
Nzuri Interiors endeavour to create long-term client relationships, offering good value for money and good quality interiors, based on the various needs of our clients.
Over the past years Nzuri has contributed to various small projects i.e. Sponsorships for black students, painting of Old Age Home in Silverton, etc. We have wanted to make an ongoing contribution to a dedicated project and found the Thohoyandou Primary School in Atteridgeville through Ms. Ilna Ströh, who is a project leader for Partners for Possibility.
During a Nzuri visit to the school early in 2015, it was realised that a difference could be made in the facilities of the school i.e. the bathrooms. The toilet facilities are generally in working condition, but in a poor state (broken cisterns, missing toilet seats, leaks, no soap, smelly, old and difficult to maintain).
The Grade R to Grade 3 "Bathroom project" was launched in July 2015 and completed during the school holiday. The positive response from the Headmaster, Ilna, teachers, and the little ones was so overwhelming and we are looking forward to the next project!
